Be sure to mention that you are with WOEMA to receive the special rate. Book your reservation early as we do expect to sell out the room block.
The cut-off date for room reservations is August 28, 2014, or until the room block is full. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to honor the discounted group rate. When making reservations, a deposit equal to one night’s stay will be required. It is refundable if the reservation is cancelled with at least 72 hours prior notice.

*For WOHC attendees staying in downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter, the ferry is a fun, easy, and “green” way to travel to WOHC. Friday and Saturday, the WOHC ferry will be running from downtown San Diego to the Coronado Island Marriott, from 7:00am – 9:00am.
The Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa is conveniently located 12 minutes, 7.5miles, from the San Diego International Airport. Transportation from the airport to the resort can be made via car rental or by taxi for approximately $25 (one way). Alternatively, Super Shuttle is available for $16 (one way). Super Shuttle reservations can be made online at www.supershuttle.com or by calling 800-258-3826. San Diego/Coronado is approximately an eight-hour drive from San Francisco and two hours from Los Angeles.
Headed to downtown San Diego? Coronado Island Ferry Landing is within walking distance from the conference site. Board the ferry and take a nostalgic 15 minute ride across the bay to one of two San Diego locations; Broadway Pier or the Convention Center. Click here for more information on the Coronado Ferry.
ACOEM/WOEMA members register for the discounted member registration fee of $650** per person. Fee includes: Welcome Reception, continental breakfasts and CME lunch sessions on Friday and Saturday, and syllabus on flash drive.
Separate registration fees apply for: post-graduate sessions, worksite tours, golf and tennis tournaments, guest/spouse activities, and Friday & Saturday evening events.
Resident Poster Sessions & Scholarships
WOEMA is inviting resident physicians to present posters on occupational and environmental medicine research or projects that have been conducted. A review panel will award first prize ($250) and a second prize ($125) to the presenters. Resident Physicians should indicate their intent to enter a poster by contacting the WOEMA office at 415-764-4918 by August 1st. A number of scholarships are available to residents. Those awarded scholarships will be requested to assist with speaker introductions and other activities to facilitate the conference. Please click here for more information.

Guests may attend when registered with conference registrants on the same registration form. A fee of $75 per guest applies. Guests may attend continental breakfasts, breaks, and evening receptions. Luncheons and special events are not included and require separate payment/registration.
Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities
To reserve an exhibit space, go to exhibit opportunity page to complete the online exhibitor registration form. Exhibit spaces are available for $1,000 each, furnished with a table, a one-line sign, and fullconference registration for two representatives. Additional representatives can be registered at a fee of $550 each. All representatives MUST be registered in order to staff their exhibit space. There is $50 booth late fee after July 31st.
