Proposed MTUS Regulations (California) WOEMA comments on the proposed Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) regulations. The regulations would incorporate the Elbow Complaints chapter of the ACOEM Practice Guidelines, 2nd Edition (Revised 2007), as well as Chronic Pain Medical Treatment Guidelines as adapted by DWC’s Medical Evidence Evaluation Advisory Committee.
