GolfGolf Tournament at Coronado Island Golf Course
The Coronado Municipal Golf Course is regarded as one of the best courses in San Diego. The front nine features views of the downtown San Diego skyline, boats in San Diego Bay and, of course, the Coronado Bridge. The sights on the back nine include the Hotel del Coronado as well as boats sailing in and out of Glorietta Bay. Ample, large and immaculately smooth greens, almost nonpenalizing rough, and fairways lined with sparse palms, oleanders and eucalyptus coupled with the amazing views and incomparable weather make this a must-play for golfers. Range balls, cart rental, lunch, and prizes for the winners are included. $95 per person



Tennis Tournament at Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa
If tennis is more your “racquet”, pack your tennis shoes and get ready to enjoy some competition in a round-robin singles tournament held on two courts at the Coronado Island Marriott. Players of all ability and skill levels are invited to participate. Price includes racquets, tennis balls and prizes for the winners! $15 per person

Balboa Park

San Diego is home to the largest urban cultural park in the United States — Balboa Park. Travel to the World-renowned Balboa Park for a day of discovery. Gain a better understanding of the evolution and diversity of southern California and the peninsula of Baja California as you explore the “Nat,” San Diego’s Natural History Museum. Following the museum, a picnic lunch at the park will be provided. This promises to be an inspiring day of education, history and beauty that you don’t want to miss. $40 per person

Welcome Reception

What better way to kick off the 58th annual WOHC than with a welcome reception overlooking the San Diego skyline and harbor at sunset! A gathering of residents will be held on Thursday evening following the Welcome Reception where there is an opportunity to meet the WOEMA leadership.

Trolley Tour of San Diego

Hop aboard an Old Town Trolley! Voted “Best Way to See the City,” Old Town Trolley provides guided trolley tours through the birthplace of California. While aboard you will explore the scenic coastal landscape and learn why San Diego is called “America’s Finest City.” The tour will be stopping for lunch at one of the many restaurants known for authentic & cultural cuisine and sightseeing at the historic Old Town San Diego. $45 per person

Hotel del Coronado Dinner & Dancing
Celebrating over 125 years, the historic Hotel del Coronado has dazzled and entertained everyone from Hollywood A-listers to U.S. Presidents. On Friday, September 19th, it will be the spectacular venue for the WOHC signature event! Beginning with a champagne toast overlooking the famous, golden, sandy beach, followed by dinner and dancing in one of “The Del’s” historic ballrooms, this is truly an event not to be missed! petcoBaseball Game at PetCo Park
Play Ball! A fun-filled evening of baseball with reserved seating above the dugout for the San Francisco Giants vs. San Diego Padres game at PetCo Park is in store for our WOHC group! The Park is a 5-minute ferry ride and short walk along the waterfront from the hotel to the Park. Attendees, guests and families all welcome to attend. Advance ticket purchase required, $59 per person. Limited tickets available.
