The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is adhering to the following COVID guidelines and continues to follow procedures and protocols developed in consideration of guidance and information shared by various health organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local authorities and other leading experts and organizations like the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC).

  • WOHC Room rates are $225/night plus applicable taxes and fees.
  • The cut-off date for the discounted room rate is September 7, 2021. ROOMS MAY SELL OUT PRIOR TO THAT DATE.
  • CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM
    • Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space availability" basis only.
  • CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM
    • Any attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without Hyatt Regency's authorization will be charged for an additional room night at the best available rate. Late check-out is provided based on availability through authorization from the Front Desk.
  • CANCELLATION: Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will result in a one night’s room and tax charge. In the event a guest holds a confirmed reservation and fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date, a one night’s room and tax charge will be assessed and the room will be released for sale for the remaining dates.

For attendees staying at the Hyatt:

Valet parking

0-3 hours - $15

3-6 hours- $20

6+ hours - $38

 

Self-parking

$28/day and/or overnight

In and out privileges are available if parking is charged to the guest’s room. Parking validation available at the Hyatt’s front drive (parking is in the adjacent, privately owned Regency garage)

For attendees driving in for the day self-parking is available at the nearby Chase Tower garage for $4/hour and up to a max of $28/day.
